２０００年ＳＥＥ合格です！！！ （SEE: Special Enrollment Examination, EA: Enrolled Agent米国税理士 になるための試験です。） １１月になってから、ほとんど毎日ＩＲＳのホームページを見てました。１１月には発表できるよう努力すると書いてあったからです。結局１月４日くらいだったと思います。久しぶりにＩＲＳ（アメリカの国税庁）のホームページを見てみると発表がありました。自分の受験番号とパスワードを入力すると結果が見られるようになっていました。（結果）自己採点で合格は確信していましたが、それでもやっぱり嬉しかったです。シンガポールまで行ったかいがあった。それからしばらくして、合格通知が郵送されてきました。１月８日の日付でした。 Application for Enrollment to Practice Before the
Internal Revenue Service というＡ４たてつなぎ裏表の登録申請書（Ａ４を縦に２枚つないだ大きさの紙が１枚）が同封されていて、１月末に提出しました。 ３月初めにはAcknowledgementという文章がＩＲＳからとどきました。申請書類は確かに受け取った。お前にＥＡになる資格があるかどうか調べるから４ヶ月から６ヶ月待ちなさい。そういう内容でした。掲示板米国税理士試験受験者の部屋への書き込みによると、Acknowledgementが来ない人もいるみたいで、それでもきちんと登録できるとのこと。さすが、アメリカいいかげんです。 現在、登録通知を待っている状態です。 |
